Yes, Hearth Stone does have an active POA – Property Owners Association. The POA is led by an elected 5 member Board of Directors. Currently the board serves a 12 month term with elections happening each February. The board is responsible to maintain the community common areas, financials, covenants, and online presence.

Hearth Stone is in the Bentonville school district. Request's are not automatically added to the calendar. Please allow 24-48 hours for the request to be reviewed and added to the calendar. It is important to note that the pavilion ‘sign-up’ is not a guaranteed reservation; merely a tool to aid in the planning of events and to determine future needs of the community. However, as neighbor's we ask that scheduled events on the Community Calendar be honored. If you would like to plan an event using the pavilion area, we recommend checking the online Community Calendar beforehand.

Hearth Stone has two community garage sales each year; one in the spring and one in the fall.

Each garage sale is extended through the full weekend from Friday to Sunday. Per Hearth Stone covenants, individual garage sales are not allowed.
