Does Hearth Stone have a home owners association?

Yes, Hearth Stone does have an active POA – Property Owners Association. The POA is led by an elected 5 member Board of Directors. Currently the board serves a 12 month term with elections happening each February. The board is responsible to maintain the community common areas, financials, covenants, and online presence.
How much are Hearth Stone's annual dues?

$500 a year

Hearth Stone is in the Bentonville school district. When are Hearth Stone garage sales held?
Hearth Stone has two community garage sales each year; one in the spring and one in the fall.

Garage Sale dates are predetermined in advance -
- 3rd weekend in May
- 3rd weekend in September
Each garage sale is extended through the full weekend from Friday to Sunday. Per Hearth Stone covenants, individual garage sales are not allowed.
