Annual Meeting
Thank you to all the homeowners who attended this year's POA annual meeting. Very soon the presentation, along with decisions and notes from the meeting will be communitcated. Below is the announcement of the new 2012 Board of Directors! Congratulations to Tom, Tatyana, and Elizabeth! We know you will do a great job for the community.
As you can see we do not have every position filled. We are still needing a Treasurer and a Social Director to complete the board. If you are interested - please contact a member of either board as soon as possible! We are opening up the nomination process for these two positions until February 15th!
We look forward to another great year in Hearth Stone!

2012 Annual HSPOA Dues
As of February 1st 2012, 'early pay' discount of $50.00 has expired. If you are paying your annual dues from February 1st to February 28th; dues are considered on time and are $500.00. After March 1st, dues are considered past due and homeowners will be responsible for an additional charge of $75.00 in past due fees. Each month dues are late, a $10.00 charge will be added to the total amount owed to the POA.

New Board Members Elected (New)

At the Annual POA meeting, new board members were elected. A few positions are still open and will be filled by the new board taking over on March 1.
